The CFH’s Safety Net Healthy Food Distribution Programs are important to us because our programs improve the ability to ensure no families have to suffer from the agonizing and unbearable pain of hunger.

 

 Annual Outreach Program

                                  (All American Old Fashion BBQ)

• CFH’s Annual” Share the Feast Thanksgiving Basket Project

 

Monthly programs consist:​

• It's An Honor Veteran and Veterans Families

• Classic Elites Seniors (60 years + young)

• Homebound Elites (Disable 65 years +) (Delivery)

• Families with children (children under the age of 18)

• I'm Hungry (Single Individuals 18 +)

Seasonal (June through August)

• Feeding The Community With Resources & Food  (June through Sep)
